Peter and Robyn established Tirriki (Australian Aboriginal meaning laughter, joy) in 1971. A partnership was formed with daughter Bianca in the 1980's. More recently Robyn's sister Elaine has joined Tirriki after her 35 year Canadian sojourn. The three families live in various suburbs of Adelaide.

First and foremost, the dogs are our companions, sharing our homes. We have been dedicated to the Irish Water Spaniel for more than 25 years and while we no longer participate in the many other fields of endeavour available to this versatile breed, we continue to promote them in the show ring. As consistently successful exhibitors, Pedigree Breeder Services sponsor our show dogs.

Robyn and Bianca are the only Irish Water Spaniel specialists in Australia to hold licenses to judge Gundogs. Bianca is also licensed to judge Toys. Peter and Robyn are Patrons of the Gundog Club of SA, Robyn also a Life Member while Bianca is a Life Member of the Junior Kennel Club of SA.
