Pamela Gelme visited Casey while Casey was in quarantine in Melbourne. A promise was made that when a Casey son was born, he would be hers. Ciaran was the only boy in our litter, so over the border to the Gelme household he went. Co-owned by Robyn and Pamela, Ciaran lives at Ringwood, Melbourne with Pamela and Tony. He could rival sister Carragh for being spoilt!

I'm sure that as Ciaran showed leanings towards landscape gardening methodically chewing his way through the new sprinkler system and investigating the distance to China via an underground tunnel, Pamela has mentally sent him back across the border. And I do apologise to Tony for the condition of his Greek dictionary, a passionate favourite in-house source of entertainment. However, Ciaran has his father's great laid-back temperament, which is so easy to live with which does compensate for some misdemeanours.

Ciaran has been in the winner's circle from the outset, his heritage so very obvious. His is without doubt the most successful Australian bred male being shown with a record to which others can aspire. As with his sister Carragh, we have no need to embellish HIS accomplishments!

I would like to thank Pamela for the beautiful way in which our boy is put down - even with a coat like ours, there is never a hair out of place!
